Book an appointment with Gisele here. Be sure to read all policies below.
NEW CLIENTS PLEASE READ: All new clients must have a text or a virtual consultation before they can schedule service, there is a small fee attached to the consultation. This will give Gisele the opportunity to ensure that your desired style will be able to be achieved. Please text all inquiries to (929) 490-9446.
DO NOT BOOK! If you are a new client who has not had a text consultation, your service will be cancelled.
Cancellations
We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments.
Clients can cancel appointments by using the website or texting (929) 490-9446
Clients cancelling appointments with less than 24-hour notice WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THEIR SERVICE FEE.
Late Arrivals
We ask that clients TEXT (929) 490-9446 if they will be late arriving for their scheduled appointment.
If we have not been able to contact a client 15 minutes into their appointment, the client will be considered a "no show" and their spot will be reopened and made available for clients wanting to book.
No Shows
If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price.
Clients who No Shows on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.
CREDIT CARDS
Gisele requires a credit card on file for all scheduled appts. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! This is a non-negotiable. If you do not have a credit card then you may walk in to the salon and pay in cash to secure your appointment.
NO CHILD(REN)
In order to preserve the salon experience for all clients, we ask that you not bring your children with you to your appointment. If you bring your child(ren) with you, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Service Refunds
Hair Hype does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.
